Submissions

The JAH welcomes submissions of articles on all topics related to American history, as well as suggestions for possible historiographical essays, round tables (sets of related articles), "Textbooks and Teaching" themes, and online conversations ("Interchange").

The Journal does not accept unsolicited reviews. To be considered as a reviewer for the JAH, please complete our online reviewer data sheet. If you have been invited to review for the JAH or if you would like more information about the JAH's review methodology, please review the guidelines for the appropriate item: books, public history, movies, or digital history.
